Review by hotel critic
During my recent gourmet getaway to the City Hotel, I was particularly struck by the dining experience offered, which subtly illuminated the locale's culinary finesse. The breakfast room, where I savoured a delightful spread, served a sweet and savoury buffet until 10:00. I indulged in freshly baked pastries alongside traditional Italian cakes, which had a distinct, delightful quality that made my mornings thoroughly enjoyable. The ambiance of the hotel's dining area was inviting and exuded a relaxed charm, encouraging leisurely breakfasts. My personal favourite was the rich espresso brewed to perfection-no automatic machines in sight! Using my experience as a former food critic, I appreciated the well-curated offerings that satisfied varying tastes without overwhelming the senses. With its excellent location near the pedestrian zones and its well-organized facilities, including a 24-hour reception, the City Hotel provides a comfortable base for exploration. This splendid venue serves as both a culinary haven and a convenient stopover, ideal for food lovers seeking authentic Italian experiences.
